Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t FlickSift see all my screenshots?

FlickSift can only access images permitted through Android’s photo access settings. Open your device settings, find FlickSift under Apps, and review its Photos and videos permission.

Where are my notes, favorites and collections stored?

Your organization data is stored locally on your device. FlickSift does not upload your screenshots, notes, favorites or collections to its servers.

What happens when I delete a screenshot?

Deletion is handled through Android’s system confirmation flow. Depending on your Android version and device, the screenshot may first be moved to the system trash. You can review or restore trashed items before permanently deleting them.

How do I restore my Lifetime purchase?

Open FlickSift and select Restore Purchase from the purchase screen or app settings. Make sure you are signed in to Google Play with the Google account originally used for the purchase.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed by Google Play. FlickSift does not directly receive or store your payment card details. Purchase verification and restoration are supported through RevenueCat.

Can I transfer my FlickSift organization data to another device?

FlickSift stores organization data locally. Use the available export or backup feature before changing devices or clearing the app’s storage. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app may remove local notes, favorites, collections and review progress.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund eligibility and refund requests are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies through your Google Play account.
